Returns & Exchange

Spoylt takes pride in its product and the quality of its service to you. In the event that you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any item purchased by you from Spoylt, please return it to us unworn within 14 days to receive a no hassle refund, exchange or credit. Copy of your original order should accompany your return product.

Returns should be sent to Spoylt, 78 High Street, Oakham, Rutland, UK LE15 6AS.

Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise that you have purchased from Spoylt. If you would like an exchange, please advise accordingly by email in the box containing the products. Return the box to Spoylt with the relevant paperwork.

In order that we can track your return, we request you advise us by email to customerservice@spoylt.com of your intention to return product together with the tracking number and name of your courier. Thank you.

Spoylt promises to refund the cost of the purchase, excluding shipping if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Spoylt reserves the right to reject a refund request if the product is not in the original condition and packaging with all of its labels attached. The product must be returned to us unworn and unwashed. Please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on briefs or thongs. If Spoylt consider the product to be soiled or damaged a refund will be denied.

Our no quibble returns policy extends for a period of 14 days after receipt by you of the Spoylt product.

Returning Goods to Spoylt

Please ensure that you ship the product back to Spoylt via a special delivery service that enables you to track and trace the product from the moment it leaves your address to its arrival at the Spoylt address. Spoylt cannot accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products sent back to us by a Customer that have been mislabeled.

Faulty Goods

If you consider a product to be faulty due to manufacturing please return to us immediately. Our refund policy as described above will operate in these circumstances.

How we refund

All refunds are made to the credit card you used to purchase the products. Refunds are not made in cash or in any other form of payment and are always credited to the credit card. Spoylt will arrange to credit your card at the very earliest opportunity after receipt and acceptance of the returned item(s) to Spoylt.

Return of Gifts

If a product is delivered to you by Spoylt as a gift and you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason we will arrange to exchange that product in line with our exchange policy. Should you wish to have a refund this will only be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
